I am an embodied listener dedicated to dialogue and discovery. I accompany individuals, teams, and communities as they explore inner knowing, reclaim wholeness, and navigate transitions with radical courage.
My gift is to enter spaces, listen first, and support the uncovering — of stories, of insights, of solutions — that live deep within and are ready to emerge.
I believe the work of integration and alignment is the pathway to empowerment and expression. How we choose to embrace our power and how we choose to express ourselves is a unique and intimate experience. It requires vulnerability, bravery, and a true willingness to step into discomfort. It is messy work. By shedding judgment, releasing the need to have all the answers immediately, and inviting curiosity, we can free ourselves to reimagine new potential, new opportunities, and new ways of being.
This sentiment is the heartbeat that has guided me throughout a rewarding career evolution. For eighteen years, I have had the distinct privilege of working with remarkable teams at The Coca-Cola Company, Special Olympics, Peace First, The Clinton Foundation, Powerade, adidas, Nike, Jordan Brand, NBA Cares, ESPN, NASCAR, The Big Quiet, America Scores, and Hearts of Gold. A life-changing personal loss redefined my approach to human connection and inspired me to examine attention, intention, and impact. Weaving together all my experiences and studies leads me here:
I believe in stillness and action.
Remaining true to personal commitments, I seek to be challenged, to learn, to grow, and to contribute. Togetherness is a core value. Invitations to drop into spaces that are uncomfortable, unknown, and need compassion are especially of interest.
