Connective Bridge
I am an embodied listener and I look forward to accompanying you during this transition. My practice is rooted in a simple dedication: co-creating generous conditions for meaningful growth, expansion, and transformation.
My gift is to nurture brave spaces of awareness.
The work of integration and alignment is a unique and intimate experience. It requires vulnerability and a true willingness to step into discomfort. It is messy work. By shedding judgment, releasing the need to have all the answers immediately, and inviting curiosity, we can free ourselves to reimagine new possibilities, new opportunities, and new ways of being.
This sentiment is the heartbeat that has guided me throughout a rewarding career evolution. For over fifteen years, I have had the distinct privilege of working with and alongside remarkable teams at The Coca-Cola Company, Special Olympics, Peace First, adidas, America Scores, and Hearts of Gold.
A life-changing personal loss recalibrated my path and inspired me to re-examine attention, intention, and impact. Weaving together all my experiences and studies leads me here:
I believe in stillness and action. Respect for complexity supports clarity.
Staying true to personal commitments, I seek to be challenged, to learn, to grow, and to contribute to the creation of a more equitable world.
