Connective Bridge
As an embodied listener, I look forward to accompanying you in an intentional practice of awareness. To be with complexity and to unearth clarity. All in support of growth, expansion, and transformation.
Integration and alignment work is a unique and intimate experience. It requires vulnerability and a willingness to step into discomfort. It is messy work. Shedding judgment. Releasing the need to have all the answers immediately. Inviting curiosity. Freeing ourselves to reimagine new possibilities, opportunities, and ways of being.
This sentiment is the heartbeat that has guided me throughout a rewarding and unfolding evolution. For over fifteen years, I had the distinct privilege of working with and alongside remarkable teams at The Coca-Cola Company, Special Olympics, Peace First, adidas, America Scores, and Hearts of Gold.
A life-changing personal loss recalibrated my path and inspired me to re-examine attention, intention, and impact. Weaving together all my experiences and studies leads me here:
I believe in stillness and action.
Staying true to social justice commitments, I seek to be challenged, to learn, and to contribute to the creation of an equitable world for all life, human and non-human.

The painting featured on this site is an original work created by
James L. Wise - my father.
As a small girl, I would stand in front of this painting
which hung in our living room and forecast the weather.
A public school art teacher for 32 years, he taught me the importance
of living a life filled with wonder.
