I am an embodied listener dedicated to dialogue and discovery. I accompany individuals, teams, and communities as they explore inner knowing, reclaim wholeness, and navigate transitions with radical courage.
My gift is to enter spaces, listen first, and support the uncovering — of stories, of insights, of solutions — that live deep within and are ready to emerge.
The work of integration and alignment is a unique and intimate experience. It requires vulnerability, bravery, and a true willingness to step into discomfort. It is messy work. By shedding judgment, releasing the need to have all the answers immediately, and inviting curiosity, we can free ourselves to reimagine new possibilities, new opportunities, and new ways of being.
This sentiment is the heartbeat that has guided me throughout a rewarding career evolution. For eighteen years, I have had the distinct privilege of working with remarkable teams at The Coca-Cola Company, Special Olympics, Peace First, adidas, America Scores, and Hearts of Gold.
A life-changing personal loss recalibrated my path and inspired me to re-examine attention, intention, and impact. Weaving together all my experiences and studies leads me here:
I believe in stillness and action.
My work is about honoring complexity and creating clarity. Staying true to personal commitments, I seek to be challenged, to learn, to grow, and to contribute to the creation of a more equitable world.

which hung in our living room and forecast the weather.

of living a life filled with wonder.
